We’ve only heard great things about Kubota’s recent change to their standard engine warranty. Previously, engines were covered for two years or up to 2,000 working hours. However, under the new warranty components will maintain that coverage for three years or 3,000 hours. This extension to the warranty is meant to not only reflect Kubota’s faith in the reliability of their products, but to also help further the network of support being provided for all our customers. The main protections are against things such as material or workmanship defects during operation. The new warranty will also cover any service and repairs completed at authorized Kubota dealers during the warranty period. All of this is being done to allow for a more widespread approach to supporting all our customers. Even those that may use their equipment in more demanding or higher use cases. While this is all great news, it does not mean that the warranty itself is freely applicable. It is still best to consult the Kubota website or previously agreed upon terms to see if your machines will be included under the new warranty.
